Adaptive Schools Seminars
Rebecca Fudge is co-owner and a lead consultant for Encompass Consulting Services, LLC where she is living out her passion of transforming individuals, work groups, schools and school districts. She has served as the Director of Title Funding and School Improvement for Benton Harbor Area Schools and as an elementary teacher for Saint Joseph Public Schools in Michigan, serving grades PreK-12. Rebecca has also served as the Executive Director of Calling All Colors, a non-profit children’s diversity program in the Saint Joseph-Benton Harbor community.
Rebecca is a Training Associate for Adaptive Schools. In addition to presenting the Adaptive Schools foundation seminars, Rebecca has led the implementation of this work within a district in which she works. She has also traveled as far as Bangkok, Thailand to support this effort through the NESA conference.
Rebecca has served on a number of nonprofit boards in her local community, as well as on the Michigan Department of Education Title I Committee of Practitioners. Rebecca is an approved Michigan Department of Education Title I Schoolwide Plan Facilitator, as well as a certified diversity trainer. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Cross-Cultural Communications and Educational Thought from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Elementary Education from Albion College.
