Symposium 2017

Thinking Collaborative Symposium

January 23 – 26, 2017

Keynote Speaker:

With Our Questions We Make the World

Our worlds of learning, growing, relating, and accomplishing are all fundamentally shaped by the questions we ask ourselves and others and the mindsets with which we ask these questions. Based on this premise, the keynote provides fresh thinking about questions and mindsets and using them powerfully in our lives, both professionally and personally. The practical implications and applications in education are wide-ranging including for professional development, creating classrooms that are cultures of inquiry, and Profesional Learning Communities as well as contributing to resilience and emotional intelligence. Learning to change our questions to ones that make a positive difference is a generative and lifelong skill for both educators and students.
