Loretta Norgon, a Cognitive Coaching Training Associate, is an independent consultant specializing in training of coaches and classroom observers. She has provided training and support for school administrators, teachers, higher ed., and state departments of education in the United States and internationally.
Loretta has 39 years of experience working in education–with extensive work in design and implementation of programs for coaching, mentorship, induction, and classroom observation.
Loretta is the author of 11 publications, and co-author of three in music education, published by Pearson/Simon and Schuster, Hal Leonard, and Lorenz.
