Four Support Functions

This week we offer you the opportunity to reflect on how you are working in terms of the four support functions. Use this as a time to step back and consider your assumptions about your work and how those assumptions impact your choices.
In considering the last week of work, where did you spend the most time – coaching, consulting, collaborating, or evaluating?
What were the situations which caused you to make those choices?
How satisfied are you with the decisions you made?
What were the impacts of your choices?
In reflecting on the work you have done in the last week, what new insights might you be having about your thinking about the four support functions?
What might others say about how you interact with them?
What are you conscious of about your default support function?
Consider a goal that would serve you in moving forward in becoming more conscious and deliberate in choosing support functions that are congruent with your intentions.
