Problem-Resolving Map, not Problem-Solving Map
May 06, 2013
In the next weeks, we will be focusing on the third Cognitive CoachingSM map: the Problem-Resolving map. Review the Problem-Resolving Map in your <i>Learning Guide</i>. How is this map more productive than other problem solving models you might have learned? This week revisit the map by listening for existing states and desired states in the conversations you have.
