What Stops Us From Coaching? Part 2

Continuing this week with the theme of what stops us from coaching, begin the week with a list of three to five things that are your personal blocks. Identify one or two to be attentive to this week. Some examples might be: external expectations to be a fixer, stress that causes me to forget my coaching skills, lack of personal resourcefulness in knowing how to be a coach in a certain situation.
After you have identified the blocks that are meaningful to you, create one or two strategies for each that you might consciously employ this week. At the end of the week take a few minutes to reflect on how your strategies served you.
