Training Associates

Carol Hill is a Training Associate for Cognitive Coaching, and an Agency Trainer for Adaptive Schools. She is also a Habits of Mind trainer. She trusts the process of building community in order to support student and adult learners.

Carol Hill was Principal at South Florence High School for five years and is currently Director of Adult Education for Florence County, SC. Carol Hill has taught English and coached at South Florence High School and Pendleton High School. She was one of the first fifteen teachers in the state to become National Board Certified, and she renewed her certification ten years later. She served three years as a Teacher in Residence for the Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention, and Advancement. Carol Hill serves on the board for SC School Improvement Council and for PeeDee Corporate Workforce. She has a masters degree in Professional Communication and another masters degree in Educational Leadership.
