Crystal Beshears Duncan
Crystal Beshears Duncan, Ph.D. serves as the Assistant Director of Innovation for The Office of Innovation for Education at the University of Arkansas. Combining more than 20 years of experience in a variety of educational settings, Crystal draws on her experiences to serve as a coach, collaborator, and facilitator for innovative learning design for adult and youth learners. She is a former high school teacher and district curriculum and instruction leader, national and state systems coach, proud mom and grandmom, yoga instructor, and world traveler! Crystal offers Cognitive CoachingSM Foundations training, executive and systems coaching, and grant consultation.
