Crystal Jacobs
Crystal Jacobs is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Saudi Aramco energy company. She specializes in helping organizations realize the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce through adaptivity, meeting structures, employee engagement, and consciousness of culture.
She worked in international education for over 20 years, most recently as Curriculum Coordinator at Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools. In her current role as Diversity Specialist for Saudi Aramco, she works with departments across the company to increase representation of females and people with disabilities in the energy sector. She has taught Adaptive Schools and Adaptive Organizations to diverse audiences in the Middle East and has extensive experience in building inclusive cultures both in schools and in corporate environments.
Crystal holds D&I certifications from Cornell University and INSEAD and is a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel Development). She also holds PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute).
