Deborah (Debbie) Granger

Deborah Granger, Ed.D., is a Training Associate for Adaptive Schools and the founder of Leap High, which provides services in a variety of areas to support schools and individuals committed to continuous improvement and learning. She has worked for over 30 years in education as a teacher, professional development provider, curriculum developer, and administrator. Most recently, she has actively supported restorative practices, early childhood, and special education teams in developing, implementing, and improving service plans. After being introduced to Adaptive Schools in 2002, Deborah felt that she had found the “secret sauce” for effective groups that not only withstand but also thrive in times requiring deep change. She has had the privilege of sharing the tools, resources, and mindsets of Adaptive Schools with schools, districts, and programs throughout southern California for over 20 years.
