Kelly Gillespie, Ed.D, is an Adaptive Schools Training Associate with 33 years of experience as an educator, administrator, Director of Instructional Services, and, 15 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Plains Service Center - Kansas, a highly-regarded consultant team dedicated to innovative professional learning solutions. Dr. Gillespie serves education in 3 key roles: Professional Learning, Quality Instruction, and Innovative Thinking. Kelly was recently named the recipient of the prestigious E. Robert Stephens Research Award by the National Association of Education Service Agencies.
