Ellie Martinez has over 30 years in public education as a teacher, principal and leadership development coordinator. As the Director of Professional Development for a large suburban school district, she was responsible for coordinating professional learning for 150 schools, over 12 thousand teachers and 200 leaders. She launched the Principal Pipeline for aspiring leaders, organized professional learning for leaders and coaches and led collaborative conversations. Communication and compassion are the cornerstones for her work with clients. As a Thinking Collaborative, Adaptive Schools Training Associate, Ellie has over 5 years experience working with leaders and teams to develop and improve their collective identity as collaborators, inquirers and leaders. Ellie is a certified Professional Executive Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (IFC). She is the managing member of Leadership Matters, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, LLC. She has experience coaching leaders, teams and individuals throughout the US. Ellie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She earned her Administration License from the University of Colorado, Denver.
