Training Associates

Heather's experience includes that of teacher, school-based professional developer, instructional coach, and district induction coordinator. She now leads the Dane County New Teacher Project, a consortium of 19 public school districts in Wisconsin focusing on support for district induction programs. This work supports new educators as they collaborate with mentors to improve their practice quickly and remain in the field.

As a Thinking Collaborative Adaptive Schools Training Associate, Heather works with the Peloton Consultant Group, LLC to support learners, leaders, and teams. Driven by her belief that collaborative leadership is our only hope if we wish to change our unique complex world for the better, she provides neutral facilitation and learning experiences as needed for those looking to practice and strengthen their work as collaborators.
