Jenny Edwards, PhD has taught at the elementary and middle school levels. She has also worked in Staff Development for Jefferson County Schools in Denver, Colorado. She currently teaches in the Leadership for Change doctoral program in the School of Leadership Studies at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. She has focused her research agenda on Cognitive CoachingSM and has done numerous studies. In addition to her seminars in the United States, she has taught Cognitive CoachingSM in Argentina, Italy, Mexico, and the Philippines. She has taught Adaptive Schools in Italy and Mexico.

She presents in English, Spanish, Italian, and French.
