I believe in shared leadership focused on synergy, visioning, coaching, learning, pushing boundaries and student agency. My journey includes 25 years in education in multiple roles including classroom teacher, Professional Learning Specialist, Professional Development Coordinator, Senior Director for Public Education Business Coalition and now an Assistant Principal. Connecting with leaders, teachers and students around beliefs they hold around teaching and learning gives me energy! My consulting role has given me opportunities to work with different districts and still be applying the best practices in my full time administrator role in a school. These experiences help me to continue to have great examples to share and help stakeholders make connections within a system. People have said my trainings bring excitement, energy, purposeful reflection and next steps. Also, I haven't done my job if you haven't laughed during the day. Adaptive Schools brings clarity and new perspectives to being adaptive in a world that is constantly changing. It would be an honor to be a thinking partner with you on your school/district journey.
