A global community of collaborators, mediators of thinking, inquirers, and leaders committed to providing rich  learning experiences for all participants.

Lindsay Kiraly

Lindsay S. Kiraly is deeply committed to the work of Thinking Collaborative and is honored to serve as a Training Associate for Adaptive Schools and an Agency Trainer for Cognitive Coaching. An educator with nearly 25 years of experience, she has held a range of roles in the northern suburbs of Chicago, including school psychologist, instructional coach and central office administrator. Over the course of her career, Lindsay has supported educators in their own development, building them into collaborators, reflective practitioners, and leaders focused on student success. To her, meaningful collaboration provides the greatest impact on student outcomes.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College, a Specialist degree in School Psychology from Illinois State University, and a Master in School Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a graduate of the Learning Forward Academy (Class of 2019), and its research-based practices continue to inform and shape her work. She remains as committed to her own growth as she is to the growth of those she serves.

Lindsay lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with her husband, two daughters, and rescue black lab, Rosie.
