Marianne Swank is a seeker of truth who consciously examines the layers of her life in order to live authentically. Marianne carries the identity of a life-affirming connector of human relationships, whose purpose is to shine light on freedom of choice. Marianne is the founder and owner of Northern Intention, LLC; the goal of Northern Intention is to support organizations, groups and individuals to align their intentions to drive actions to create the reality they envision. The tools and strategies learned through the services offered by Marianne provide options for people to increase choice.

Marianne’s background includes 30+ years in education as a general and special teacher, school psychologist, systems implementation coach, leadership coach and professional learning specialist. In addition to coaching, consultation and facilitation services, Marianne offers training in Adaptive Schools, Cognitive Coaching (Agency Trainer), Restorative Practices, Teachers as Facilitators, and social-emotional learning.

Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education (Behavior Disorders) from Bowling Green State University and an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Michigan State University. Marianne is currently pursuing an Applied Educational Neuroscience Certificate from Butler University.
