Sue Schirmer is an experienced presenter, facilitator and consultant whose goal is to build self-directedness in individuals and systems. She currently works for Heartland Area Education Agency (a mid-level public agency) as a consultant in the area of Cognitive CoachingSM, Adult Learning, School Counseling and Future Ready. Prior to coming to Heartland in 2005, Sue was a teacher and school counselor. In addition to her work with Heartland, Sue consults and teaches in those areas around the US. She is also an adjunct instructor at Drake University in the area of School Counseling.
