Tammy Schiller
Tammy Schiller, of Right Work Educational Consulting LLC, is a coach, presenter, and educational consultant specializing in Cognitive CoachingSM. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts in Middle School Teaching from Western Michigan University.
Following a 32-year career in public education, Tammy retired in 2026. Her extensive experience includes roles as a secondary mathematics teacher, instructional coach, Intermediate School District Educational Consultant, and Career & Technical Education Coordinator.
Tammy is known for coordinating and facilitating professional learning around curriculum, instruction and assessment. Additionally, she is a Cognitive CoachingSM Training Associate. She is certified to mentor and develop new Cognitive CoachingSM Agency Trainers.
Tammy is dedicated to empowering educators to become self-directed while prioritizing student-centered outcomes.
