Tina Howle
Tina Howle graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in education. She earned her Master of Arts degree in English Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She earned her Administration and Supervision K-12 endorsement from the University of Virginia.
Tina began her educational career in 1993. She started as a middle school English teacher. Over her career, she has started and led several beginning teacher, instructional coaching, and leadership development programs. Tina was most recently a Director of Professional Learning.
Tina has been involved in the Thinking Collaborative community since 2003. She was fortunate to have been mentored by Jane Ellison. She has been an Adaptive Schools Training Associate since 2011 and a Cognitive Coaching Training Associate since 2012. She is a mentor in both Cognitive Coaching and Adaptive Schools. She is also a certified trainer for Fierce Conversations, Fierce Feedback and Fierce Influence.
Tina has built the capacity of many educators with her coaching work. She has worked with numerous school divisions, school boards, parents, teachers, administrators, and educators across the world. She is a private consultant and owner of DAO Consulting, LLC.
