Hello all! If you haven't seen this book yet - you have to check it out! Especially those of you who train CC. Brooks offers some perfectly aligned ideas as well as some nuanced thinking about our work. We have a group reading it in my system and it's great for conversation.
Janet, I started this book this past week, and I agree—it’s a great supplement to CC. I especially love his explanation of Illuminators vs. diminishers. CC is a tool for Illuminators!
