Just a comment about doing AS face-to-face in July: We did days 1/2 earlier in the month. I went back on July 30-31 and one of the requests was, "could we do a quadruple track agenda and add a track for how to do these strategies in an online world?" I first thought to myself - I'm not sure how to do some of them online! Then it occurred to me that I didn't have to know how - instead I just had to believe in the group's resourcefulness. For instance, after doing Sort Cards on the morning of Day 3, we opened up the conversation and the group generated 3 or 4 ways to do it online. It kept them invested in what was going on in the room (vs. outside the room) and was value added for the participants!

This Triple Track +1 is something we talk about in the DAY 1 & DAY 2 post trainer materials developed by our group. So, it sounds like that is timely as groups move forward.
