I have a somewhat smaller system (student population is about 3,000, and teaching staff is approximately 250) that is training everyone in their district in AS, including central office, director of food service, director of transportation, etc. They are curious if there are other systems of a similar size that have also trained all personnel. If so, they would like to have a conversation about potential barriers to watch for, things about which they should be proactive, implementation, etc .
