In the March 2021 Educational Leadership, there is an article entitled "Coaching for Equity Demands Deeper Dialogue" by Candice Bocala & RoLeisa R. Holman.
The article mentions issues like technical vs adaptive solutions, and identifies 3 challenges and how coaches met them: (1) using agendas and facilitation, (2) knowing when and how to name issues of racism, and (3) supporting a leader's ability to sit in discomfort.
